Dear parents, dear children,
this page is intended to serve two purposes:
1) It should be a relief. For you as parents - but also for us as a practice team. If we can also communicate digitally, then many things can go faster. Because you are better informed thanks to our information. Or because you can find the best or quickest channel to find a solution.
2) It should provide an overview of all the channels we offer to keep you up to date and to receive your enquiries. We think there is something for everyone. From the classics of telephone, fax and email to the more modern platforms of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, where we not only keep you up to date with what is happening in our practice, but also regularly provide tips and address topics that are important for children and young people from a medical perspective. In the form of explanatory videos supported by pdf documents, which you can download under "Tips from the Doc".
Sincerely
Tips from the doc
The "Tips from the doctor" section contains lots and lots of information on the topics and concerns that parents are most concerned about - from A for adenoids to Z for school reports. Everything is explained simply in short videos and on information sheets.
Shaking trauma
I would like to draw attention to an extremely important topic: #ShakeKills. That sounds a bit drastic, but I think it's absolutely justified because it's an incredibly important topic - one that can have drastic consequences. It's about shaking trauma in babies.
J1 screening
This is almost the end of our series on medical check-ups. We are looking at J1, the penultimate examination.
Mongolian spot
Medically, our topic today is a very small, harmless one. But it does include a bit of cultural history - and even an excursion tip. It's about the so-called Mongolian spot.
Social-Doc
The "Tips from the doctor" section contains lots and lots of information on the topics and concerns that parents are most concerned about - from A for adenoids to Z for school reports. Everything is explained simply in short videos and on information sheets.
